The story behind
The story behind ExpertHQ began at Amazon’s Zoox, where one of the founders worked closely on bringing AI driven robotaxis into the real world. From the outside, it can look like a story about automation. From the inside, it was something very different.
Deploying thousands of autonomous vehicles was only possible because of deep collaboration between intelligent systems and people. Engineers, operators, drivers, field technicians, and support teams all played essential roles. Without that partnership, the system simply would not work.
That experience shaped a core belief. The future is not about replacing people with machines. It is about designing systems where each does what they do best. When AI and humans work together intentionally, the result is not just better technology, but entirely new ways of working, learning, and creating value.
ExpertHQ was founded to bring this idea into the wider world. The goal is to make AI–human collaboration practical at scale, especially in the physical world where software alone falls short. By giving AI systems a reliable way to work with real people on real tasks, ExpertHQ helps create new opportunities, new jobs, and new forms of work that did not exist before.
This is the story of two founders taking a lesson learned firsthand and turning it into a platform. A belief that AI and humans are not competing forces, but partners. And that the future will be built by systems where both work as one.
