AI guided Home Inspections

Socal uses an AI agent and ExpertHQ to guide home inspections and schedule local inspectors when in-person expertise is needed.

About Socal
Socal provides home inspections for real estate agents and families buying or selling homes. Socal’s AI agent guides users through the inspection process, helps explain what to look for, and collects initial information. When an on site inspection is required, the system uses ExpertHQ to connect with a qualified local inspector.

The Challenge
Home inspections require physical presence and expert judgment. Roofs, structure, HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing, and moisture issues must be checked in person. Inspections are time sensitive, and demand varies by location. Scaling this work without building a large permanent team is difficult.

The Solution
A customized AI agent acts as the main interface for agents and families. It guides the process, gathers details, and determines when a human inspector is needed. At that point, ExpertHQ is used to locate and schedule a local inspector who follows standard inspection guidelines and completes the on site visit.

Results
Expansion into more markets without a fixed workforce. Inspections are scheduled faster, coverage improves, and customers get clear, reliable inspection results. The AI agent coordinates the process while ExpertHQ provides access to local expertise.

It includes human actions, objects, and environments that digital systems can reference or track, but not directly perform such as visiting a location, showing an ID, signing a paper form, pressing a button on a device, or visually inspecting something.
